I have had the privilege of having a combination of 6 years working in a school setting. This population is widely misunderstood and often gets overlooked.
The last decade the research speaks for itself. Pre-teens to young adults are struggling more than ever before. The digital age has brought on higher rates of anxiety, depression and isolation as well as issues with comparison and self-esteem.
This is an area that I am skilled and trained in. With teens we work on psycho education, challenging self-limiting beliefs with support, and managing anxiety and depression to increase overall life satisfaction!
Young adults are feeling the pressure more than ever to have it all “figured out”. With social media making everyone look like they have it all, it can be hard to challenge comparative thinking.
Young Adulthood is also a time where life transitions happen FAST for those around us as well as ourselves and these transitions (while exciting) can leave us struggling to re-establish our identity.
Whether you are dealing with a difficult life transition or struggling with feelings of anxiety and depression I want you to know these are not betrayals from your mind or your body; rather a message that it’s time to stop doing it alone.

I am the proud mother of two! Shortly after having my second born, I realized how little information, education, and support we have around perinatal mental health!
I jumped headfirst into educating myself and being fully trained by Postpartum Support International to support other women. It has become a true passion of mine to advocate, educate, and support PMAD in every way possible.
My goal for women who work with me during their motherhood journey is to feel safe, validated, supported, and most of all, less isolated in their thoughts and life.
The postpartum period is the biggest hormonal shift a woman will ever experience. It is a period where a woman may experience intrusive thoughts, body image concerns, feeding insecurity, sleep issues, panic, depression, irritability, rage, and lack of support. If any of this sounds like you, let’s get you the support you need today!
